Auto change images to webp and rename bad file names

Hello

I am guessing there is no way to automatically change image files to webp format or automatically change bad file names to the correct format like no spaces or capital letters to correct names.

To change file names to internet-compatible or "Web Safe", I use a program called Directory Opus 13
Retired military, Airborne, Air Assault, and Helicopter Flight Wings.
