Flexble Carousel properies questions

I have searched high and low for an answer:

#1) Is there as way to dictate the positions of the buttons in a Flexable Carousel the same as you scan do with a "non-flexable" one.

I'm sure that it has to do with the flexable property as opposed to fixed, but I sure wish that I could have more contol without hand making with events, etc.

#2) Also, I saw this in a previous entry from Crispy68, "You could also add padding to the inside of the carousel to help create space." I can't see a way to alter padding anywhere.

For a fixed carousel, the offsets are in pixels.
For a flexible carousel the offsets are in percentages.

You can set the padding, via the 'Padding' properties in the arrange menu, context menu or property inspector. This applies to almost all objects.

As to my first question, is there as way to dictate the positions of the arrow buttons in a Flexible Carousel the same as you can do with a "non-flexable" one?

The commands for arrow position (left/center/right and top/center/bottom) as well as offset works well on a non-flexible carousel but has no effect in a flexible one. No amount if padding or margin changes the arrow position with the flexable option, from what I can see.

In a flexible carousel (which uses Bootstrap) the arrows are always centered.

The offset properties can be used to move the arrows left, right, up or down.
