Card block missing in the Block section

Hello,

I have migrate my whole system from a 32 bit machine to a 64 bit machine.

Now I have discovered that in my block section the "card" section is missing.
All other block section like dividers, Forms, Footer etc are all available, just the card block is missing.

Why? are they not compatible with the 64 Version of the software? Is there a possibility to fix this?

All blocks work with both versions.
