WYSIWYG #17 conversion messed up all pages

Since I upgraded to 17 when I post a previous page after editing it blows up every font to huge. The whole page is screwed up.
It is no longer what you see it is all over the place. I have edited all the text sizes and even the text boxes are not correct when posted. How can I convert back to the old version as I have dozens of web sites and just a simple edit it takes 5 or 6 post to get placement correct.
Is there a setting that needs fixed or do I just have to start over with another software after over 10 years here.

Can I add two photos here to show what I see in program to get what is posted?

I guess that you are talking about the website at http://www.citistarrealty.com/CitiStar_Realty.html. If so I see that the content has been set to emulate IE8 which could also be causing you some problems.

As lummis reply you have used in page properties "Emulate IE8", this is a now a old browser and shouldn't be selected. I recommend to set this to 'none' instead. Also you have set the charset="us-ascii" as before I recommend to use utf instead.
