page redirects in 10 seconds but the numbers are counting and then it redirects to a specific page.

I did search but not very decent. But if you can guide the way it would be great.
its like a simple line like The page will redirect in 10 seconds but the 10 is doing the backward countdown and the page redirects to a specific page. If you have any examples of those scripts please provide. Thank you @bacon
