WWB 18 to WWB 19

Post by Mary »

Hi Pablo, hope you're doing fine 🙂

is it safe to migrate all the websites from WWB 18 to WWB 19 at this time?

what are your thoughts?

Thank you!
Mary

There are currently no known issues with WWB19, otherwise they would have already been fixed.

As I open each of my websites, I immediately save them as a new version (I put 19 at the end of the name). Just to make sure I can still open the previous file in 18. So far, I have had no issues with opening, editing, saving, and publishing sites with 19. Probably updated half a dozen sites so far.

Happy New Year

I have each project in its own folder under a 'master' folder under C:
When I upgrade WWB to e.g. 19 I just copy the entire ‘master’ folder and add a prefix of 18, prefix (not suffix) so it doesn't show next to the 19 folder.
I have very rarely had to use the 18 folder.
