SOLVED GoDaddy Form Return Emails Not Working

I want to share this fix because it appears to be a new issue with Godaddy and their latest spam detection system. My client purchased a new GoDaddy hosting in Nov. I set up their contact page with a form and the built-in WB form processor the same way I have done over 100 times in the past. The form worked perfectly by going to the success page and recording the form data into the database, but I could not get the form response email no matter what I tried. I went through the entire list of probable causes in the thread that addresses this issue to no avail:

Finally after 3 different GoDaddy customer service reps we figured out the problem. It appears GoDaddy is using a new spam detection system that has very tight protocols based on their experience of seeing common characteristics in spamming. One of those is repeat upper-case words in email subjects. I was lucky that my third rep knew about this and suggested changing the upper cases after the first word. So, "Customer Web Form Submission" email subject was not passing GoDaddy's spam block and was thereby blocking the email. When I removed the upper-case letters after the first word, the form emails finally passed and were received successfully.

If you have a GoDaddy issue with receiving form return emails and have tried everything in the above WB forum link addressing this to no avail, check your email subject. Don't capitalize the words after the first word in the email subject you set in the WB form processor. This is not a WB issue, it is an odd protocol in the new GoDaddy spam detection system.

Now what little sanity I have remaining has been restored.
